All insurance customers of Citizen Life Insurance can pay from the payment company ‘Khalti’. An agreement has been reached between the two parties.

Speaking about this feature, Khalti CEO Vinay Khadka said, ‘We are working to ensure that our users adopt digital habits and can seamlessly execute any type of financial transaction, saving them both time and money.’

To make the payment, you have to log in to the ‘Khalti’ app and tap on the ‘Insurance’ icon. Then select Citizen Life Insurance and fill the details. After that click on “Proceed to Pay” and the payment will be done.

The service is expected to facilitate bill payment with just a few taps for customers who make late payments due to time constraints or take time off to go to the office.
