Shivam Cement passes 29 percent dividend
16 September, Kathmandu. Shivam Cements Limited has passed the 29 percent dividend declared earlier. The company’s sixth annual general meeting held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of executive chairman Surendra Kumar Goyal passed the dividend.
At the general meeting, Chairman Goyal had proposed to pay a cash dividend of Rs 1.27 billion to the shareholders at the rate of 29 percent of the paid-up capital of Rs 4.40 billion (including tax on dividends). Shareholders who have updated their bank account and demat account as passed by the general meeting will immediately receive dividends.
